A super quick, easy, and spicy side dish made with a few simple ingredients.
Ingredients
Serves 2
- 1/2 lb of carrots (about 6-8 medium carrots)
- 1 Tbs Pure Maple Syrup
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- Wash, trim, peel, and chop the carrots.
- Steam carrots in the microwave or on the stove top until they are tender. About 5 minutes.
- Mix in a bowl with the maple syrup and cayenne pepper making sure carrots are evenly coated and seasoned.
